Ellen has been with TSC since 2018, where she worked in insurance prior to joining the Philippon Team. Ellen has been married for 16 years and has 1 daughter. She has a close knit family, with 6 brothers and 4 sisters. Ellen has a degree in Organizational Communication and is a highly trained mediator, having coached and judged law students in mediation at the University of Nebraska Law College. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her family, especially around any body of water. She also enjoys camping, hiking and gardening/landscaping.
